All machines brought to the service station should be checked and the spare quotation should be sent to the customers within 24 hours |

Breakdown calls involving minor spare changes should be sorted out within 48 hours from the release of the purchase order |

Breakdown calls involving major spare changes should be sorted out within the time committed to the customer in accordance to the nature of the problem. |
|
All staff and service engineers will be polite and well mannered towards customers at all times and will treat the property of the customer with proper care, leaving the customer’s place neat and clean after completion of work. |
