All periodic services should be carried out within a week of scheduled service date |

All breakdown calls received from within the city limits until 3.00 p.m. should be attended to on the same day. |

Complaints that are registered until 11.00 a.m. from outside the city limits should be attended to on the same day. |

Complaints that are registered after 11.00 a.m. from outside the city limits should be attended to as the first call on the following day. |

All machines brought to the service station should be cleared within 48 hours except in cases of major spare failures |

Breakdown calls involving minor spare changes should be sorted out within 24 hours and call involving major spare changes should be sorted out within the time committed to the customer in accordance with the nature of the problem. |

All staff and service engineers will be polite and well mannered towards customers at all times and will treat the property of the customer with proper care, leaving the customer’s place neat and clean after completion of work. |
